CAPSTONE
Capstone Overview
A 14 week long Integrated Product Development ("IPD") Capstone working on a team of five with our client Honda R&D Americas, LLC. Our team's project (named "Miru") was guided by the double-diamond innovation method and design thinking, divided into 4 phases: understanding the problem space, identifying a product opportunity gap, ideation, and developing validation methods & business plans for service delivery.
The problem presented to us by our client was related to the mobility space using digital service platforms.

Summer Internship
Internship Overview
My summer internship was a continuation of my IPD Capstone project, as the clients saw potential in the concept we had developed.
My work was focused on validation, redefining & refining of the opportunity space. My Honda team of five collaborated with partners, as well, to aid in both primary and secondary research.
In the latter half of the summer, I focused on user research and user validation on the qualitative side, conducting in-depth co-design sessions and deriving insights to coincide with our quantitative results.
